Mix together lemon, sugar & egg yolks, soft butter and Flour. Add milk.

Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Mix well & pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes.

Then in 350 oven for 20 more minutes.
